Respect is a funny thing in that it will immediately open or close doors for you when the people you're interacting with have never previously met you. It's directly related to your reputation, and that will always precede you for good or for bad.
Respect cannot be forced. More importantly, if you find yourself in a leadership position and the people you're leading don't respect you, you won't be able to get anything done.
In this episode, we discuss what respect is, why we respect others, and how we can act in such a way that our lifestyle and accomplishments earn the respect of those around us.
