Having regular rituals is important to build consistency, identify what is working vs what isn't, and live a high-quality life.
The problem is, most gurus propose morning rituals that take upwards of 45-60 minutes. The average person doesn't have that kind of time, and so I found the pieces that gave me 80% of the results for 20% of the time.
In this episode I break down my daily morning and evening rituals, as well as a weekly reflection that I do on Sundays. These rituals help me ground my day, get more done, and make micro adjustments before small issues become bigger problems.
