As a high-achiever, it can be difficult to detach yourself from the results. Oftentimes, despite our best efforts, we simply fall short.
This can be due to external factors, pure dumb luck, and several other things that we can't control or influence. Focus instead of putting your best foot forward, preparing as well as possible, giving your genuine best effort.
If you've done that, call the situation a success and move on. On the other hand, if you haven't put your best foot forward, reflect and figure out how to do that the next time around.
As always, thanks for tuning in!
