Doing small things with available windows of time can be incredibly helpful for making progress on your goals, increasing your fitness, learning new skills, and so much more.
Try and take advantage of the small windows of opportunity throughout your day that are otherwise wasted on scrolling social media or other silly activities. By leveraging this time to take bite-sized action, you can accumulate meaningful volume and make faster progress.
