Life has natural ebbs and flows that we must learn to embrace. I am someone who is chronically impatient, wanting things to happen on my own terms.
Regardless of our desires, some things take time despite our best efforts. Learning to embrace the slow periods to reflect, recover, and regroup can lead to more progress when we are able to hit the gas pedal again.
Working like a lion, sprinting and resting, is a valuable way to approach progress. Furthermore, learning to stop and appreciate the slower times is an important lesson I've learned lately.
As always, thanks for tuning in!
