When trying to eliminate bad habits, or introduce good habits, stacking them into established routines is a helpful strategy.
This week we explore the concept of habit stacking introduced by James Clear in Atomic Habits. We must first answer the 4 questions of habit change, then aim to introduce these actions into our current routines to reinforce them.
The best strategy I've found is to first eliminate a bad habit, then fill the void with a new, positive habit in an established routine.
